Our LOCAL PROGRAMS: Where CASA shines
CASA of New York State (CASANYS) serves as the state association for its fifteen member programs serving 30 counties. CASANYS provides support, training and technical assistance to our network of local programs. We work collaboratively with local programs to improve quality assurance and raise both the statewide and local visibility of the CASA brand.
CASANYS also assists in program start-up and expansion into counties where there is the greatest need for child advocacy. Local CASA programs must comply with National CASA/GAL Association (NCASA) Standards, remain in good standing with CASANYS and National CASA membership and comply with the National CASA Core Model.
