The Court Appointed Special Advocates Assistance Program is a unit within Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Court Improvement of the Unified Court System's statewide Office of Court Administration. The Program supports the operations of CASA programs.

Formerly the National Clearinghouse on Child Abuse and Neglect Information and the National Adoption Information Clearinghouse, the Child Welfare Information Gateway provides access to information and resources to help protect children and strengthen families. This site offers a wealth of information including an extensive list of publications available in html and Word formats.

Children's Bureau Training and Technical Assistance Network
This resource summarizes information on National Resource Centers (NRCs) funded by the Children's Bureau, within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Each NRC provides onsite training and technical assistance to States, Tribes, and public child welfare agencies in the preparation and implementation of the Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) process. This resource is designed to communicate to States the focus of each NRC and the training and technical assistance each provides.

The Children's Bureau of the Administration for Children and Families of the US Department of Health and Human Services is the oldest federal agency for children. The agency provides grants to States, Tribes and communities to operate a range of child welfare services including child protective services (child abuse and neglect) family preservation and support, foster care, adoption and independent living.   The National Network for Immunization Information provides up-to-date, science-based information to healthcare professionals, the media, policy makers, and the public.   The New York State Child Advocacy Resource and Consultation Center (CARRCC) site provides current training and conference information locally and nationally to professionals working with child sexual abuse cases, as well as information on important and newsworthy events and resources.   The New York State Citizens' Coalition for Children, guided by a belief in the right of every child to a permanent loving family, is an organization of concerned citizens and 150 volunteer adoptive and foster parent groups in every region of New York State. http://nysccc.org/

The New York State Interest on Lawyer Account Fund ("IOLA") helps the poorest and most vulnerable people in New York State to obtain help with legal problems affecting their most basic needs, such as food, shelter, jobs and access to health care. http://www.iola.org/

Perspectives on Youth is a site which encourages contributions in a number of areas from professionals and those working with youth. Pages that are particularly valuable are the one on legislation, one listing national resource centers and another giving toll-free resource numbers.
