a unit within the Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Court
Improvement of the Unified Court System's statewide Office of Court

is a state agency within the Executive Department charged with ensuring
the coordination of services to children and families in order to

the National Clearinghouse on Child Abuse and Neglect Information and
the National Adoption Information Clearinghouse, the Child Welfare
Information Gateway provides access to information and resources to
help protect children and strengthen families. This site offers a
wealth of information including an extensive list of publications

The Children's Bureau of
the Administration for Children and Families of the US Department of
Health and Human Services is the oldest federal agency for children.
The agency provides grants to States, Tribes and communities to operate
a range of child welfare services including child protective services
(child abuse and neglect) family preservation and support, foster care,
adoption and independent living. This site provides a wealth of

Children's Bureau Training and Technical Assistance Network This
resource summarizes information on National Resource Centers (NRCs)
funded by the Children's Bureau, within the Administration for Children

is dedicated to meeting the physical, emotional, educational, and

fight for the rights of poor children in the custody of child welfare
